Since Vermeer invented the stump grinder in the 1950s, stump removal is no longer the back-breaking, time-consuming chore it used to be. With the Vermeer exclusive AutoSweep® system, stumps are simply swept away, one pass after another. Tough, reliable and easy to use on virtually any type of hardwood tree.

SC30TX Stump Cutter

With a focus on ease-of-operation, the compact design of the SC30TX offers intuitive controls, minimal service points and the performance of a machine that gets the job done. The modified operator presence handle design is now manufactured with a harder exterior to improve wear and appearance. This user-friendly handle system provides additional capacitance sensing capability and is intended to help protect the operator.

Features may include:

  • AutoSweep monitors engine speed and automatically adjusts cutter wheel sweep rate.
  • Ground disturbance is minimized due to long tracks which provide lower ground pressure and improved stability.
